Flooding leads to protracted rescue
Submitted by karstmedia on Mon, 19/07/2010 - 13:00.Following two incidents involving the flooding of local cave systems this weekend, cavers are reminded of the value of local knowledge and weather forecasts.
Caving is a safe sport provided adequate information is combined with experience to guide decisions.
