Gift Aid

Gift Aid is a scheme used by charities and donors to reclaim tax on charitable donations. This means if you are a tax payer the Cave Rescue Organisation can reclaim tax on your recorded donations. This increases the income to the CRO by 22%. For every £1 you give, the Association will receive an extra 28p.

We have teamed up with justgiving to facilitate this process with online donations. This is the simplest for us at it cuts down our administration considerably with funds being credited to our account almost immediately and gift aid being reclaimed. For yourself it is quick, completely secure and very easy to use.

However we do very much appreciate cash, cheque or standing order donations. However we would still very much ask that you fill out a Gift Aid Form if applicable so we can reclaim your tax.
